To help make your stay at Mirage Hotel, Mumbai International Airport in Mumbai as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. - Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is required by 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to an additional fee.
- ID & Age Requirements
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years. Guests residing in Mumbai city are not permitted to check in, as per hotel policy.
- Payment & Deposits
Most major credit cards are accepted. A refundable deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidentals.
- Children & Extra Beds
Children are welcome. Rollaway beds can be requested for an additional charge of INR 2,065 per night. Cribs are not available.
- Pets
Pets and service animals are not allowed at this property.
- Smoking Policy
The hotel maintains a smoke-free environment in all indoor spaces. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by booking source and room rate. Most standard bookings allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Non-refundable rates may apply to certain packages.
